Instrument draft Contract Supplements for used with most of the Standard Contracts to incorporate Best Practise Project and Risk Management principles. The major benefit for both parties is that it creates more certainty as to the allocation of certain risks.

Uncertainty in risk allocation is the overwhelming reason for most disputes and eventual costly arbitrations or litigations.

Subsequent to agreement and incorporation by the parties as part of their Contract, we conduct in-house training sessions and guidance on the implementation of the Contract Supplements to ensure maximum benefit by both parties.
