Juristic Management
Mediation is an informal dispute resolution process conducted by a trained third party, called a mediator. Mediation is intended to bring two parties together to clear up misunderstandings, find out concerns, and reach a resolution of disputes.
The process is voluntary and based on consensus and will only become binding after the parties have accepted the Mediator’s proposal in the form of a contract. Instrument Attorneys represent Clients in Mediations or give legal advice as a Contractual Expert.
We act as Mediator both in Construction and Professional Services Contracts.
