Litigation

If two parties have a dispute and are unable to resolve it between themselves, the courts are available to come to their assistance in a formal process conducted in a public courtroom, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Judgements are binding and when a judgement is finally handed down, the unsuccessful party may be prepared to take it on appeal.

Depending on the magnitude of the case we will either represent the Client or brief Counsel to form part of the legal team, preparing and arguing the Client’s case.
