Instrument will advise Client’s on the merits of a claim or determination by the Contract Administrator, including whether all conditions precedent have been met. Acknowledging the fact that it is not ideal for the parties to get involved in legal proceedings, we will inevitably propose settlements to be made, advising our Clients on the strength to negotiate from.
