Toit is an experienced legal advisor in construction dispute resolution including arbitration, adjudication and mediation, drafting of Construction and Professional Services Contracts and drafting of Procurement and Tender Documents.

Personal Experience

Toit provides legal advice to a wide variety of clients and has participated as party representative in construction industry dispute resolution proceedings including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. Toit has acted as mediator and adjudicator on a variety of construction disputes.

 

Toit has lectured on a variety of topics associated with the construction industry at Stellenbosch University, Cape Technikon and Peninsula Technikon as well as presenting various seminars throughout the country to members of the Industry and in-house training to Contractors and Consultants on General Construction and Engineering Law.
